The into® sensors ensure real-time monitoring of Mariakvartalet’s multifunctional roof, which combines recreational areas with landscaped green spaces.
Installed within the insulation layer, the sensors enable early detection of leaks, abnormal humidity, and condensation.
All data is continuously reported to the into® Control System, giving the building owner proactive maintenance insights, faster interventions, and reduced inspection costs—securing the roof’s long-term performance.
