Description: SKREI Museum will be a place where visitors can learn, sense, experience, and understand the importance of the Lofoten fishery and the cod, and the immense value this has created and continues to create for Norway. SKREI will go beyond the traditional framework of a museum. SKREI opens in 2026.

At the SKREI Lofoten Museum, into® sensors are installed inside the roof structure to ensure early detection of leaks, abnormal humidity, and condensation. The building’s complex design—with a green roof, numerous details, and varying roof build-ups—makes continuous monitoring especially critical.

Through the into® Control System, the museum gains real-time insights that support proactive maintenance and safeguard the long-term integrity of this architecturally demanding structure.
