into® Control System – A network of sensors is vital for controlling the development of moisture

Wireless into®sensors are installed in strategic locations inside or on the structure and other critical rooms in the building. The sensors measure relative humidity, wood moisture content, temperature, and water before our into® Control System (iCS), calculates if a reading should trigger an alarm.

iCS gathers local weather data and combines it with values from the sensors before artificial intelligence (AI) determines if the values represent critical deviations from normal. The system presents data in real time and gives access to tools including maps and graphs of the building complexes development over time. You decide if you want alarms via SMS, email and/or API to other central control systems. You can also generate reports through historical data to see developments and trends of natural construction moisture through the seasons.

The system detects when the level of moisture and temperature is critical before damages occur. Because of this early warning, corrective measures can be performed immediately. This extends the lifespan for buildings, reduces risk of shutdowns, insurance charges, and costs and climate emissions from renovations. The system is also designed to work with electronic water stoppers so that water can be shut off due to leaks in pipes or when there’s a risk of frost damage. The sensors can easily be integrated into new building projects or be installed in existing buildings.

into® Bracket

into® Bracket is a case that is used in combination with the into® Sensor to measure water level by drains and gutters. It is used to monitor excess water due to clogged pipes and water buildup on flat roofs and sends a warning when the level reaches 40mm. The Bracket is an effective measure that reduces manual maintenance and minimizes the risk of water leaking into buildings. into® Bracket can be easily installed using snaps on the into® Sensor and Tec7 on the surface it is being mounted to.

into® Gateway

into® Gateway connects all the sensors from the into® portfolio into one network. The data collected is then sent to the cloud solution iCS via LTE-M cellular data. The gateway does not require configuration during installation – just power from an outlet or a solar panel. The Gateway has a backup battery in case of power cuts with a battery life of a day – depending on data flow.
